Hello #PortfolioDay!

My current project @illmarks is visualizing Long Covid. I'm looking for museums, public areas, and medical facilities to exhibit these pieces. I also welcome journalists or curators who would like to help them reach a wider audience via the internet.

I hope that by using art to try to describe something so complex & heavy, I can help #pwLC and #pwME give voice to our struggles, and gain more allies to help advocate for us.

6 more bookmarks, these with slightly different poses for the figure, including "netflix and ill" where the figure lies on their side with a laptop, or "oh." where the figure lifts their chest skin to show their rib cage and heart pierced be an arrow. Other ones combine medical imagery such as visible organs and medical devices, with words and geometry.
six more, with a repetetive blue-grey color scheme with contrast purple or dark red. One shows the figure disappearing into a watery mist, another has the figure recieving two injections, one has acupuncture, and two involve not insomnia.
6 more bookmarks adorned with ink. The first one for depression, has the figure entirely out of the outline, curled in a fetal position at the bottom of the image. Helplessness has the figure bound by large straps covering their face and senses, and grief has large amounts of goop dripping off of the figure.
