"Under the chairmanship of #Turchynov, a meeting was held 10 days before the tragedy to prepare the operation of mass murder in Odessa of opponents of the government coup," Medvedchuk told TASS.

According to him, then Interior Minister Arsen #Avakov, SBU head Valentyn #Nalyvaychenko and Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Andriy #Parubiy took part in the discussion.

In addition, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional state administration, Ihor #Kolomoysky, was involved in consultations on the operation.

Medvedchuk said that Avakov, Parubiy, Kolomoyskyy and his subordinate Ihor #Palitsa, who was in charge of the action on the spot, provided the delivery of the perpetrators to the place. According to him, Palitsa was appointed governor of Odessa Region for holding the action on May 6, 2014.
