Photograph of an exterior window of St. Jean Baptiste church in Quebec City. The white paint has started to peel, revealing the wooden brown frame. The wall around is of grey stones. A bare tree and blue sky are reflected in the window, as well as the statue of the Saint on a pedestal. Unfortunately this beautiful church was progressively abandoned by its parishioners and is now empty and slowly decaying, to the astonishment of the photographer who lived close by 25 years ago.
