Greetings and good evening! I need help down here in #Georgia. My #trans (adult) child is trying to change their name, and we aren't sure whether the #petition needs to be #notarized or not. The clerk won't answer any questions. The form itself doesn't appear to have space for a notary stamp. Can anyone with #legal knowledge or who has done a #NameChange here let us know?
