Report: German parliament passes a resolution that includes banning public funding for any group “that calls into question Israel’s right to exist or calls for a boycott of Israel”.

100 Jewish artists & intellectuals living in Germany said the resolution would “weaken, rather than strengthen, the diversity of Jewish life in Germany by associating all Jews with the actions of the Israeli government”.

Unbelievable.
They are so brainwashed with guilt.
So many Germans I know are behaving this way. I feel like giving them a slap to try and wake them up.
Re "They are so brainwashed with guilt"

The second link in the post says, no, it's something far more self-serving & sinister than guilt:

oh yes, when it comes to corporate and political interests, agree with that as well.

Thanks for the posts and especially for your hashtag #FakeAntisemitism . From now on I’ll use it as well. 🖖
I much appreciate your letting me know, AK.

But i have second thoughts about that hashtag - i want a tag that means "fake accusations of antisemitism" or "bs definition of antisemitism"...

See what you can come up with 😁
To describe the phenomenon, “abuse” may work? 🤔
e.g. # AntisemitismAbused …

As a non-native speaker I’m not quite sure how it sounds as English, especially for a hashtag.
I know what you mean. It's a difficult task we've set ourselves. Hard to find a clear expression of a complicated issue. Have to sleep on it 😴
