We really don’t want Trumps Russian mates and their ships in the Irish Sea. I have no idea if the UK government would welcome them or not; but Ireland is a neutral country and they are not welcome here.
That they are mooching about where important undersea cables are isn’t pleasant either; hopefully they did not have a submarine doing something nefarious while their bigger ships were attracting attention on the surface.
