I’m harvesting so many delicious lemons from my tree this weekend! 😋🥰

What do you do with so many lemons?

there will be some Savoury lemony North African and Middle Eastern foods.

But the bulk of it will go to baking in the upcoming weeks - for home and sharing with community. (lemon cheesecakes, lemon tartlets, lemon bundt cake)

There will be lemon curd for now and the freezer.

Then there will be even more preserving: juice and freeze portions in vacuum seel pouches, dehydrate grated peels, candied rinds, and salted fridge lemons.

If I give up halfway through app that, I chuck them in the freezer whole and worry about processing them later 🤣
