Reply Post by Stomy Yes they can The ruling goes on to say that under the Equality Act there are two sexes that are defined at birth and can not be changed. You now only have the right to access the same sex space of the sex you were at birth. It finally puts an end to all this self identifying bollocks. There are only two legally recognised sexes now and you cannot legally change sex and expect to be recognised as such under the law. And about bloody time too.
