Read recently in How to ADHD by Jessica McCabe: “she put her medication in her shoes“ (or something like this), because that way she doesn’t forget her medication.

My more recent trick is to keep in front on the lamp on my bedside table the moisturizer, because I need to hydrate the arm where I have a lymphodema when I go to bed. I don’t forget because I have to move it to turn on the light. 😂

What kind of personal trick you use to not forget (at least try not to) to do/take something? Share your tips!

(edit to change the language of the post, I always forget. 🫠)

If you don't want to forget to take out the trash: Put the trash bag in front of your front door, so you need to take it in your hand before you can open the door.

I write lots and lots of todo-lists and notes. I place them in front of my computer where I will see them before I can do anything else on the computer.
Little Postits are good like that.
We have a whiteboard. We write notes on the calendar. OH has another little whiteboard with days of the week down the board, and morning, afternoon, night, across the top. He ticks off the time when he has taken his dose. When the week is over, he rubs off the ticks, and starts again. @adelinej
