It means that, the other repo has this app, but you can't use it to update as they are not compatible. Fedilab in the F-Droid repo is not built reproducible, so it's signed by F-Droid, while the added repo has the app signed by the developer. You need to uninstall, then reinstall from the developer repo, if you want to switch.
