Living with chronic illness is hard enough without letting guilt stop us from accessing what we need.

Capitalism & ableism have conditioned us to see rest as a failure. To feel bad for needing accommodations.

Accessibility IS resistance. Survival is a way of fighting back.

Rest. Get that mobility aid. Ask for help.

Yass !! There's a time to rest s time to heal. A d that time is now!!! That is how this current war is won... I really believe it.
exactly! They’re flooding the zone for a reason. They want to distract us but also burn us out. I think we really need to prioritize rest to ensure we can fight the battles ahead! (Although I got blocked by someone for saying this, which was disappointing)
I found myself getting boycott fatigue, so I need to relax, and slow down the hunt for alternatives. I 'will' get there. @themaskerscomic
St your pace. I remember when I first got asthma I found the triggers and what you had to do sooo overwhelming so I just did little bit by little bit and eventually I got them under control and my normal taking care of me. I think that it can be est to let getting overwhelmed stop you. So boi by bit is good too. Doing what u can when u can.
I'm saying this barely holding my eyes open. I took need to rest more. It's hard to need to rest more. Bc stuff still needs to get done.
