I want it passed. But there are serious issues involving the legality of it due to a deadline set by the original Congressional amendment sending it out, which expired in 1979. It’s not cut and dried since it did not get enough ratifications within either its time limit or the extension of the time limit, which in and of itself may and may not be constitutionally valid.
