Just attended a Zoom seminar for staff on neurodiversity in university, basically covering ADHD and autism. While the seminar was pretty good, I got the same feeling as with a seminar on diversity of sexuality and gender our faculty had some time ago: those who'd benefit the most were not present.

Anywho, the section on how autism and ADHD may appear/feel like for students was like "I'm in this picture and I don't like it." I could've filled a bingo card pretty quickly! If only I understood earlier in my life.
