I think it does - but not in the direction that Hinsliff thinks. I suggest that it is likely to see Labour's share, already relatively small, of the national vote falling to parties of 'the left' (a difficult definition to pin down). Changes are coming, I just have difficulty seeing what the educated (as opposed to opportunists) can see in Reforms 'promises'

Depends what she means by "middle class" I suppose. If you're talking about people whose primary motivation is to maintain their levels of discretionary income to "keep up with the Jones'", then I'd say history tells us they're not above voting for fascist-lite like Farage, especially since the BBC continues to normalise him.
Educated doesn't necessarily mean intelligent.
