The war on mogs - it's all heating up in Norhamptonshire

James Garnor, a Whittlebury parish councillor, resigned with immediate effect on Friday after an allegation that he tried to blow up the cat with explosives in the bird feeder. However, police have confirmed that no criminal charges were brought.

I suppose cats don't vote - but clearly those they own might.
