There is no ‘debate’ - simply angry screaming from the sidelines, much of it driven by English trolls who don’t even live in and probably never visit Wales.

What is not to like - roads in towns and villages that are not as intimidating for pedestrians, cyclists and riders; lower death rates; reduced insurance premiums; AND little difference in journey times.
