England’s universities flex their muscles to hike fees, while students get a bum deal
The ‘business’ emphasis, nay obsession of English universities does us all harm. I write from Scotland (which has similar problems, albeit we are not charging home students an extortionate amount - ‘Labour - hold our beer’). But this effects us as well. Started by Blair, boosted by the Tories and emphasised by Starmer.
