There are quite a few deeply disturbing parallels between some Labour policies and those of the evangelical right in the US. Much less extreme, of course, but they're there.

Streeting is gay, but he is also an Evangelical. A real ‘Red Queen’ man - believing in multiple contradictions before breakfast and after. Lie down with dogs and you get fleas…

Although not with ours, but then they would object to lying down by an evangelical (unless they had a biscuit and even then inly for a very limited time)
