It's the decontextualised headline that pissed me off - as though the violence against the Israelis happened spontaneously, rather than as a result of their own actions. Mentioning Kristallnacht and "pogroms" is just unbelievably hyperbolic. No one seems to be mentioning some of the things the Maccabis were chanting either.
