PDF does work: - save highlights to PDF (embed) which you can set as default behavior - when you've finished, copy the PDF to zotero and file -> import annotations
Epub does not seem to work. Or rather, you need to sync the database. This is partly because epub does not specify annotation embedding, so service that offer annotations are rolling their own.
