Kerkhoff is expected to testify today as her counsel begins making its case. Bar disciplinary counsel rested their case yesterday.

The former DC federal prosecutor Jennifer Kerkhoff Muyskens is sworn in - she explains that Kerkhoff was her maiden name and she has a new last name as she has married since the #J20 scandal but is referred to mostly just as Kerkhoff since that name is in the transcripts

Kerkhoff describes her career, she worked at the DC US Attorney's Office from 2009-2019 (doesn't mention why she stopped working there) and then worked as Assistant US Attorney in Utah until recently.

Kerkhoff she no longer practices law, is still barred in DC pending outcome of this case but says "I no longer intend to practice this profession at all."

Kerkhoff needs to get a new job doing something useful like scrubbing toilets.

That J20 case could have killed dozens outright and ruined over 200 lives. Time for her to pay for that, and it looks like her cheating in court has finally caught up with her. I see her like I would a contract killer working for Trump.
