To clarify: when you choose to use a face as your avatar picture and that face isn't representative of who you are - that feels weird to me. It's not my thing to say if that's ok or not. Sometimes it's clear that it's a childhood photo, so I don't feel mislead.

Maybe I'll change my mind when I'm 70, IDK. Ageism isn't affecting me yet.

However - how would you feel when you suddenly found out my actual recent-ish photograph (a man in his 30s) when I've been using picture of an 20-year old boy?
