Is it now? I saw Russia's handling of "voting" and "passports!" in occupied territory of Ukraine.

Voting at gun point with identifiable choices is extortion. Forcing passports on people is not a choice. It's oppression, it's conquest by brute force.

Russia you are on the wrong side of history here.
