BECAUSE 90% of the women either do not want it, or do not care. BECAUSE it means competition of women with men instead of co-operation. BECAUSE 90% of the women eligible are married, and can only double on their husband’s votes. Because it can be of no benefit commensurate with the additional expense involved. Because in some states, more voting women than voting men will place the government under petticoat rule. Because it is unwise to risk the good we already have for the Evil which may occur.votes of women can accomplish no more than votes of men. Why waste time, energy, and money, without result? That’s my “favorite”.

So if I vote Alpha, and my wife votes Alpha, it means I double voted Alpha.

But if my wife votes Omega, and it’s a two party system, it’s 1:1 and my manly man’s man vote is nullified!!!

The mix of “yeah duh” and “you idiot” is quite remarkable. It’s somehow different from let’s say two brothers voting… crazy.

Maybe we should try one vote without men. Just give it a little go. Just once. For fun.
