You know what #JohnKing of #CNN? There are an awful lot of people who make less than $75K per year who aren't stupid enough to vote for Donald Fucking Trump. So maybe it isn't the Dems in Washington who are the problem. Maybe it's the news media who refuse to tell people the truth and simp that Trump and Harris are equal candidates.

Definitely part of it, but the Dems really aren’t doing a good job. They repeatedly fail to pass the laws their base wants and they do a terrible job of reaching the voters who need them most

Trump didn’t get more popular. Dems lost 18% of their voting base this year. That’s a come to Jesus moment.

Biden had begun the process of disengaging from the neoliberal economic policies which have badly hurt Working Class people for 40 years, but he didn't go fast enough, nor far enough to give those voters even an inkling that it was happening. Harris then didn't seem to acknowledge that this was happening either. Result: the neoliberal candidate won on populist lies. The rich have pissed on us again - trickle down, my shiny prolapsed anus.

You're right on the money. Another factor working against us is that conservatives/billionaires have massive amounts of propaganda and they control the media

I think building our own media ecosystem is really important to countering that. Because democrats *do* good things and then voters don't even know it happened
