US ‘Pizzagate’ conspiracy theory gunman killed by police

The man who famously shot up a Washington pizza parlour in 2016 has been killed by police.

Edgar Maddison Welch pulled a gun at a traffic stop and refused to drop it, police said.

He spent four years in jail after acting on a conspiracy theory dubbed Pizzagate.
