First, it blocked by the parliament and second, there will be a consequence of impeachment. This is how a functional democratic society works in a way to prevent any fallacy or improper execution of leadership, from the wisdom of people to the long-term well constructed political system by maintaining its incorruptible functionality.
Without accountability and responsibility, freedom is just a multifunctional tool for a perpetrator in power.
