Unless I have some magical insight that no other commentator is mentioning (very unlikely) I'm not going to be posting about US politics.

It's not that I don't care, worry, or regularly burst into a fiery rage over it, but nothing to be gained by posting any of that, so this is it.

I hope we come out the other side better, stronger, more united, and that they fail so publicly they have to dig a big hole and hide themselves away again.

Yep. And I know the mutes will come and go based on my frame of mind and what's going on, but I'm also determined not to get sucked in to making the same comments everyone is (quite justifiably) making. It was a definite weakness of mine in the past and it's exhausting.

Yep. I think it used to be feasible to follow political news quite actively and it not overwhelming, but there is SO MUCH around these days... oh to experience boring politics again.

I just need the weather to improve now to get out with the camera. I am in a cloud today (literally).

Have been watching Shrinking recently which I think was one of your recommendations and have been very much enjoying it (although my hunch is it's a different vibe to the above 😆)
