If user is just browsing the web, reading articles and simply "working" then Safari is more than enough and it's pretty reliable. Furthermore it's really built into apple ecosystem and it's power efficient.
P.s. If I had never touched Arc Browser then I would definitely be happy Safari user even now.

I use safari because it has Dark Reader. The built in dark mode of Vivaldi is not working for me
But that’s just iOS. I use Vivaldi everywhere else ;)
