with my job, I sometimes have to travel around campus. I neex to plan around the weather. But I have a link to a couple of local sites in the sidebar. That's more intuitive to me than the dashboard.

The weather and calendar agenda widgets are 2 of my favorites to have floating around my Vivaldi dashboard 😍 Add in the ability to show custom (& deeply nested) bookmark folders and you have your recipe for success 💪 👏

I think both. But I unfortunately don't use the widget much because MET.no is not accurate enough for my country. I'm currently using #mousam
Open-Meteo is certainly better.
