I'm being a little facetious but I've had phases too so this is genuine advice:

Go outside, find activities to do - amateur group sports, cultural volunteering, environmental action etc. Learn to do small-talk instead of reciting theory to everyone you meet. Some people won't click, that's okay, over time you'll make a few normal friends. And time spent with them will help you detox from echo bubble larping communities.

This android is called a politician, but to be one one has to run for office, at least once, and get elected for something. She hasn't even run for village council. She kept getting promoted drastically from admin, to minister, to ECB, NATO, then EU Comm.

At least Hitler did get elected. She is like a feudal lord climbing to power as if the mafia appointed her.
