One of the key elements of the Tory engineered health care crisis is the problems of recruiting & retaining the NHS workforce.... this requires a rejig of doctors & nurses working environment, but it also requires an expansion of recruitment of new nurses.

So, as the Nursing Times reports Labour's changes to the funding of nursing apprenticeships looks counter-productive & undermines their ability to stage a recover in NHS care.
