Yes it really is like their trying to reinvent terrestrial TV... I assume they think watercolour moments are still a thing; whereas with the acres of choice, all most of us do is wait until they've dropped all or nearly all the series & then start watching - they're think we still value a drip drip drip of drama.... once you've binged, there's no going back

I think you're right. I don't think any of the places I worked went in for "water cooler moments" - unless I was being ostracised without knowing it 🤣
I'm not so bothered about Mirror and the Light because it's not like there's a cliffhanger moment. Still, I prefer a binge than a drip.

Well, we just have a habit of a episode a day late afternoon of whatever we are watching.... so its like a slow motion binge (if that's a thing)
