More privatisation failure;
The Avanti West Coast train (I hesitate to say) service's reliability data from some regular trains is leaving customers facing a lottery on arrival times, AWC currently have eight more years to run on their recently renewed franchise. This puts them very much at the back of the queue for Labour's rolling programme of contract-end nationalisations.
For travellers to & from Manchester it will be a very long eight years!
