Many budget-aware travellers get caught out by extra fees levied by budget airlines for a range of things you might have expected (or perhaps no longer) to be included in the price, stealthily their fares much nearer the price of a major airline flights....

Now the Consumer Ministry in Spain has fined four airlines (including Ryanair, who of course are appealing the decision) for such practices....

It'd be nice to see something similar on this side of the channel
