Hmmm... is Daniel Křetínský's purchase of the Royal Mail actually a property play?

If so, are we going to see a programme of (land) asset stripping & then the rump of Royal Mail sold on, or even (with a threat of winding up in prospect), a re-nationalisation to retain a postal service?

Warnings & concern about Křetínský's intentions have been circulating for a while, and now we're going to start to find out how he intends to do with his new purchase.
