More on the bottleneck that is network connectivity which is slowing down the UK's green transition - there's plenty of will to use renewables, but without network connectivity the shift to renewables is going slow.

However, it might just be that referring the queuing process might be the key; too many project in the queue & taking up valuable (projected) resources may never actually be built.... could it really be that simple?
