TIL: SCOTUS decision in 1922 denied Japanese-American Takao Ozawa citizenship ruling that only white "Caucasians" were eligible. The next year, a Sikh man named Bhagat Singh Thind sued arguing that he should be eligible because he is from the Caucasus. He was also denied.

This #scotus can use this case and others mentioned in the article to end birth-right citizenship. It doesn't have to make sense. They don't care if it makes sense. They just want a white America.
