I'd LIKE TO THINK this means NO MORE BUILDING in them, but I doubt it. Years ago a friend in #BigSur contacted me and told me NOT to sign a petition to turn part of Pfeiffer National Forest there into a "#Wilderness Area". I went to my local #congresscreeps orifice and got a copy of the 👉full👈 CONgressional Bill, and sure enough, "Wilderness" meant more bathrooms, kiosks, roads. See that CON in 'gress'? What it means.
