Because consumers are stupid addicts just like crackheads, junkies, and meth monsters, and marketers know it. #BlackFridayDeals 😎 #BlackFriday #Consumerism #Addiction #ShinyShiny
WEDNESDAY 28TH $499.99 “HOLD!” THURSDAY 28TH $499.99 “HOLD!” BLACK FRIDAY — Reduced from $799.99 to $499.99 “NOW!!!”
Bizde dinci bir hükümet olduğu için satıcılar Kara Cuma yerine Efsane cuma vs. uyduruyorlar. Müslümanlıkta cuma kutsal bir gün olduğu için (Hristiyanların pazar günü gibi)

Since we have a religious government, instead of Black Friday, sellers invent Legendary Friday, etc. Since Friday is a holy day in Islam (like Sunday for Christians)
In Maine USA, in the time I lived in the region, the 1960s/early 70s, Bingo wasn't allowed in-state... b/c Gambling laws, so everyone played 'BeanO' at churches instead. 😎🤣 (ed. American) Xtians. Any questions?

If American gambling laws were the result of morals, we wouldn’t have lotteries. It’s just state governments wanting more profit.
Example. California's Prop 215 pot law did more to criminalize weed than legalize it, but it ABSOLUTELY allows them to TAX it. Same everywhere its made 'legal'.
it's sad but it's true
Not in EU. Regulations matter.
You're saying EU consumers aren't stupid @bezladnik ?

They know they're destroying the planet? Or regulations prevent deceiving advertising copy? Because the deceptions can be VERY COMPLEX and hard to define as deceptions. Example on request. This is just a crassly overstated meme.

Nothing changed, except the FULL LIST PRICE is mentioned. That IS NOT "misleading OR deceiving" under any law anywhere.
