How interesting, I remember when in 2014 the Ukrainian army started bombing its own people. And at that time, no one in the Ukrainian government allowed to say “war”, it was called ATO (anti-terrorist operation), this despite the fact that the Ukrainian Supreme Council never passed a resolution that there were terrorists in Donbass. Until February 2022, it was a purely civil war.
