Teachers at US #publicschools have had to use their own $ to buy supplies for themselves & students since the inception of something called "Charter (ie Privatized) Schools" began receiving public funds decades ago; 1991 to be exact, but first broached in 1971. Ps. My 60s NYC 9th grade edu was betterthan associates degrees from community colleges, existent b/c high school grads aren't ready for college
