Russia's ballistic missile’s flight time from its launch in the Astrakhan region to its impact in the city of Dnipro was 15 minutes.

It was equipped with six warheads, each carrying six submunitions. The missile reached a terminal phase speed of over 11 Mach (13,585 km/h).
