Spain suffers from flash flooding again including Andalusia, Catalonia and Valencia
Having barely recovered from the first wave of flooding that killed more than 200 people, southern Spanish regions have been hit by further torrential rains.
This has forced the Valencian authorities to stop searching for missing people after the first flood. According to forecasters, the region could receive 180 liters of water per square meter in four to five hours.
