According to local authorities, fires broke out in the Dnipro as a result of falling fragments of downed Russian missiles.

"As a result of the shelling, the building of the rehabilitation center for the disabled was damaged. The boiler room was destroyed, the windows were broken.
Information about people is being clarified," wrote the mayor of the city, Borys Filatov.
