I'm currently working on a series of posts for the @weareopencoop blog giving a basic introduction to #SystemsThinking principles.

Is there anything specific you've heard about or seen me discuss that you would like to see included?

how does cybernetic theory/practice interface with syatems thinking? @weareopencoop
Cheers, Doug! Systems thinking is effectively the 'soft' side of cybernetics.

So AFAIK writing from the last forty years mainly talks about systems thinking and before that (80s and earlier) the focus is on cybernetics.
oh, interesting! I remember reading Meadows primer a while back, but not a mention of cybernetics.

Good to know there's a solid link there, and they are not completely independent universes :)
