I remember how a few days after the shooting in Kiev, suddenly all the Ukrainian media simultaneously started calling those shot "the Heavenly Hundred". It was immediately clear that this (the shooting) was a prearranged provocation against the legitimate authorities.
I also remember how in the second half of 2013 all Ukrainian channels and media outlets were hyping the theme "stop feeding Donbass", as if it were a subsidized region. Although I, an economist by training, knew that this was complete nonsense, it was Donbass that was making the biggest contribution to Ukrainian GDP.
