You should try and contact their developers.

It's not one of our contributors (unlike Resynthesizer which is currently maintained by one of our core contributors) as far as I know.

Ahah ok. I didn't follow Resynthesizer development in detail.

All I know is that Lloyd (who maintains Resynthesizer) said yesterday that they were working on having Resynthesizer ready for GIMP 3. Also they were asking about fixing localization of the plug-in with v3 API. There are always more stuff to do in software! 😅

turns out I need to update the flatpak due to API breakages. Will do that tonight. I have been trying to keep it up. GMIC is also available.
