yeah it's sad to see how a lot of people are not really caring about Hispanic people during this moment.

I have heard grad students are only upset about budget cuts, trans people about trans things, and Hispanics thinking mostly about their communities as well.

Hopefully we can join together and care about each issue rather than the ones that primarily impact themselves.

That's why it's so encouraging to go to a protest. I did the #50501movement protest on Wednesday and have another today. I also went to a big ICE response meeting organized by the Episcopal church and some local pro-immigrant and socialist groups. That's where you see everybody literally standing together, caring about each others' problems.
