TIL Tom Cruise became the first actor to perform a HALO (high altitude, low open) jump when he did so from 25,000 feet in Mission: Impossible – Fallout (2018). After preparing, training, & executing the stunt, he performed 106 skydives altogether. It saw him reach speeds as high as 200mph.
